The Merch Perch is a beautiful historic home nestled in the heart of North Abilene with charm for days. The inside of the house boasts a newly remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the common areas, and tasteful southern charm decor.
There is also a detached 1 bed 1 bath apartment (Merch Perch Mini) available for rent which can be rented at the same time for a discount. This home features 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom reside on the main level and the other two are upstairs sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedrooms contain full sized bed, queen sized beds, and a Cordaroy convertible bean bag bed. Comfortably sleeps 5, but can accommodate more if sofas (4) and queen air mattress (1) are utilized. Guests will have access to the full house and yards. There is also a detached 1 bed 1 bath apartment (Merch Perch Mini) available for rent, which can be rented at the same time for a discount. Entire home and yards Guests are encouraged to reach out via text with any questions or concerns throughout the duration of their stay. The home features plentiful parking and is conveniently situated across from one of Abilene’s city bus stops allowing for ease of transportation should guests desire to leave the driving to someone else.
