Overview
School-aged youth are invited out for our next STEAM session at your library where we'll learn about what happens when you mix materials together.
Learning is fun and we’ll be highlighting this such thing at your library in our summer STEAM Lab series for youth. STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math and they’re hands-on programming that allows youth to build critical thinking and reasoning skills in one of these subject areas. At this session, it’s all about science as we have youth engage in a classic science experiment to learn about the reaction that happens when you combine baking soda and vinegar. What will happen? Why will it happen? You’ll have to come out and learn with us. All materials will be supplied, just come ready to be a part of the STEAM fun!
